The cozy open living room with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with television opens onto the delightful private balcony with a dining table and fantastic sea views. There is a balcony with a dining table where you can enjoy a lovely lunch or dinner. The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is an elevator in the building.

Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Moreover, you are in a prime location, just a stone's throw from the beach, with a wide range of amenities within walking distance, including bars, shops, and restaurants.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. They also have access to the communal pool and paddle court. The apartment has WiFi and a smart TV. There are plenty of parking spaces around the building.

If you would like a high chair and/or a crib during your stay, this is available for an additional fee of 20 euros per stay.

We will contact our guests no later than 24 hours before arrival to coordinate your check-in via WhatsApp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on the agreed check-in time. Upon request and subject to availability, late check-in is possible for an additional fee.

Neighborhood, arrangements & activities

Due to its location between two seas, La Manga is an ideal place for water sports. There are sailing and water skiing schools that periodically offer courses, as well as windsurfing and catamaran sailing. For those who love high waves, the Mediterranean Sea offers excellent conditions for windsurfing. Additionally, there are several areas along the coast that are ideal and well-isolated for diving, such as Cabo de Palos and the rocky depths near Isla Grosa.

Visitors to this area can also enjoy all the benefits of the Mar Menor Sailing Station, which, similar to the concept of a ski resort, offers a complete set of sailing, sports, and tourist infrastructure. This includes hotels, accommodations, and recreational facilities, all of which come together along the entire coastline of the Mar Menor and La Manga. The exceptional climatic conditions in the area (315 days of sunshine per year and an average annual temperature of 19ºC) are ideal for the continuous practice of water sports.
