The Spacious Beach Apartment with seaview Costa Calida in the Elegance building is the perfect ocean-get-away for groups, friends and families. Located right in front of the yacht harbor of Lo Pagan, you can enjoy the incredible view of the Mar Menor beaches.  

The apartment is decorated in a modern and minimalistic style and offers all the ammenities for a comfortable, relaxing stay. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you have plenty of space and privacy for your friends and family. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Baby beds are possible upon request. 

This apartment has a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all equipped with bath and bed linens. The bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and double beds. The open kitchen flows into the dining area and the living room, offering stunning views over the Lo Pagan harbor. The Elegance Deluxe apartment is ideal for groups, friends, and families of up to 6 people, with an additional 2 children up to 14 years old who can stay on the sofa bed.

Guests can also enjoy the balcony directly accessible from the living room. Within the luxury apartment, all rooms are available for guests. Free parking is available in the surrounding area.

Our host will meet the guest on location.

We will contact our guests no later then 24 hours upon arrival to coordinate your check in through Whatsapp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 16:00 and 22:00, depending on the agreed time to check in. Upon request and availability it might be possible to have a late check in against an additional fee.
