Experience luxury in our beautiful newly-built flat Miradores del puerto, located in the lively neighbourhood of La Manga and just 50 metres' walk from the beach and promenade. From the balcony and the flat you have sea views of both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy your holidays in our fully equipped flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Experience the modern living space of Miradores del puerto. The cosy open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with television opens onto the lovely private balcony with dining table and fantastic sea views. There is a balcony with dining table where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. The flat is on the first floor and there is a lift in the building.

Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Moreover, you are in a prime location, just steps away from the beach, with a wide range of amenities within walking distance, including bars, shops and restaurants.

Guests have access to the entire flat. They also have access to the shared swimming pool and padel court. The flat has WIFI , smart TV. and its own private garage.
If you would like a high chair and/or a cot during your stay, this is available for an additional fee of together 20 euros per stay.

We will contact our guest no later than 24 hours before arrival to coordinate your check-in via Whatsapp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 16:00 and 20:00, depending on the agreed check-in time. Upon request and subject to availability, late check-in is possible for an additional fee.

Neighbourhood, arrangements & Activities

Because of its location between two seas, La Manga is an ideal place for water sports. There are sailing and water-ski schools that periodically offer courses, as well as windsurfing and catamaran sailing. For fans of high waves, the Mediterranean offers excellent conditions for windsurfing. In addition, there are several areas along the coast that are ideal and well isolated for diving, such as Cabo de Palos and the rocky depths at Isla Grosa.

Visitors to this area can also enjoy all the benefits of the Sailing Station of the Mar Menor, which, similar to the concept of a ski resort, offers a set of sailing, sports and tourism infrastructure. This includes hotels, accommodation and recreational facilities, all converging along the entire coastline of the Mar Menor and La Manga. The area's exceptional climatic conditions (315 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 19ºC) are ideal for the continuous practice of water sports.
